    HPE, Los Alamos National Lab Test ‘Crossroads’ Supercomputer Ahead of Fall 2023 Rollout

    Los Alamos National Laboratory is in the process of testing Crossroads, the successor to a supercomputer used by the National Nuclear Security Administration to monitor U.S. nuclear weapons stockpile. The Hewlett Packard Enterprise-built Crossroads will replace Trinity, the first platform under NNSA's Advanced Simulation and Computing Program, as part of continuous upgrades to support large data sets for stockpile simulation and computation.
