Africa Aerospace and DefenseAustralian engineering firm Varley Group has moved to expand its presence through a partnership between the Varley USA subsidiary and Concurrent Technologies Corp.’s commercialization unit Enterprise Ventures Corp.

Varley Group and its U.S. affiliate will work with CTC and EVC in U.S. market segments such as specialized vehicles, aerospace and defense, generator and electric motor systems, CTC said Thursday.

“We look forward to developing a long-term relationship with Varley,” said Ed Sheehan Jr., president and CEO of CTC.

Varley USA CEO Matt Hederstrom said he believes CTC and EVC can help leverage Varley’s relationships, experience and business presence in its own markets.
