The memory stick is built to give users data-at-rest, data-in-transit, communications, networking and storage services, Exelis said Thursday.

Mark Adams, vice president and general manager of Exelis’ specialty applications business, said the company has gone through “successive rounds” to get NSA certifications for the memory stick and other products.

The USB drive incorporates Exelis’ NSA-certified Assured Architecture Information Systems system-on-a-chip security modules.
