Raytheon Awards Aerospace Laser Modules Contract to Alfalight; Mohan Warrior Comments

ContractsRaytheon has awarded Alfalight a potential 18-month, $3.1 million contract to produce semiconductor laser subsystems for a Raytheon aerospace system.

Alfalight said Thursday it also received a Supplier Excellence Award for work to deliver rugged laser diode modules to Raytheon.

Mohan Warrior, president and CEO of Alfalight, said the company is committed to providing defense and aerospace customers with integrated laser technology.

Wisconsin-based Alfalight offers laser and electro-optical products for infrared, ordnance and targeting systems used in man-portable and vehicle platforms.
