Bryan Coapstick: HP’s New Public Sector Mobility Mgmt Offering Aimed at Compliance

HP logoHP Enterprise Services has introduced a new mobility management offering for U.S. public sector agencies that seek to securely access applications from multiple devices.

The cloud-based mobility service offering is hosted on HP’s Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program cloud environment in order to comply with regulations, HP said Wednesday.

Bryan Coapstick, mobile innovation director for the U.S. public sector at HP Enterprise Services, said the management offering is intended to help agencies meet security requirements.

HP intends for government and commercial users to implement multi-level security measures by using HP’s Management Essentials package.

The offering will be available in late March through various purchasing vehicles.
