FDH Aero has integrated its BTC Electronic Components brand into its electronics division in a move aimed at streamlining the delivery of connectors, interconnect accessories and wire harness assemblies to the military and commercial aerospace industries.
The company said Tuesday that Paul Moseley, former president of BTC, will serve as executive vice president of value-added services at FDH Electronics as part of the transition.
FDH Aero acquired BTC in 2019 in a transaction aimed at expanding its portfolio of high-performance electrical connectors and accessories designed for aerospace, military and industrial end markets.
“Our focus on creating a singular electronics division with specialized teams will only serve to reinforce the value we offer to our customers and supplier partners,” said Mitch Enright, president of FDH Electronics.
