Viqtory, a small business that helps veterans access civilian opportunities, has recognized Cubic for efforts to employ and retain former servicemen.

Cubic said Monday it received the Gold Military Friendly Employer award in a category composed of companies that have made over $1B in revenue.

“To help service members successfully transition into civilian careers, we will continue to invest in recruiting, hiring and professional training for the military community,” said Grace Lee, chief human resources and diversity officer at Cubic.

Viqtory determines awardees based on public company data, employee-based opinion data and a survey with over 100 questions on military talent support.

Veterans may use the list of awardees as a guide to identify firms that meet the employment needs of former servicemen.

G.I. Jobs magazine’s December issue will feature the 2020 Military Friendly Employers list.
