Four indepedent companies and one joint venture have received a three-year, $50M shared contract modification to support construction projects within Naval Facilities Engineering Command's northwest area of responsibility.

The modification falls under a previously awarded $99M indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract and includes design-build or design-bid-build task orders, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

Work under the modification will occur through April 2022.

Under the IDIQ, contractors can vie for projects to build, renovate, demolish, alter and repair facilities such as housing, child care centers, retail areas, offices, warehouses, community centers, recreation areas, commercial buildings, administrative and industrial facilities.

The awardees are:

  • B3 Enterprises
  • Iron Mike and Bristol joint venture
  • Macnak Construction
  • Tompco
  • Veterans Northwest Construction
