DynCorp Secures Contract Extension to Continue Navy Aircraft Support Services

DynCorp International has received a $43.8M contract modification from the U.S. Navy to continue providing support services for the F/A-18 variants, EA-18G, MH-60S, F-16A/B and E-2C aircraft.

The company provides organization, selected intermedia, limited depot level maintenance and logistics services for the aircraft based at the Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center in Fallon, Nev., the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

The new indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract extends DynCorp’s work through January 2020.

The Fort Worth, Texas-based contractor received the initial contract for the aircraft support services in 2014. DynCorp was initially expected to complete work in January 2016.
