The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency is seeking possible sources for methods to develop altimetry models.

The NGA said Monday in a FedBizOpps notice it seeks a contractor that would help the agency create altimetry models for the Earth gravitational model and other gravity-related efforts.

The agency plans to award a potential five-year contract for the effort, with a one-year performance period and up to four option years.

The contractor will also support the NGA in the creation of altimetry models that cover oceanic areas.

Firms interested to serve as sources may submit their responses through Feb. 11.
