Former Air Force Engineer Ben Liptak Joins Woolpert as Military Project Manager

Ben Liptak, former chief of project planning and programming at the U.S. Air Force, has been named project manager for Woolpert‘s military market area.

The company said Tuesday Liptak brings civil engineering and project management experience to Woolpert’s projects that are in line with his past military work.

He previously supervised a team composed of 33 engineers and managed construction projects at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois.

His military project portfolio includes construction leadership and liaison at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. and Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. He also worked as the Army Corps of Engineers’ construction liaison at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar.

Liptak holds professional certifications from the Project Management Institute and the National Council for Examiners and Engineering and Surveying.
