Raytheon has secured a potential five-year, $93 million contract to help the U.S. Air Force integrate Small Diameter Bomb II weapons onto the service branch’s F/A-18E/F aircraft fleet.

The company’s missiles systems business will also test, analyze, sustain and support SDB IIs as part of developmental and operational testing efforts, the Defense Department said Thursday.

Work will take place in Tucson, Ariz., through July 1, 2023.

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Eglin Air Force Base is the contracting activity.
