Retired U.S. Army Gen. Walter Sharp has joined the defense and intelligence advisory board at audio-visual technology manufacturer Thinklogical .
The former United Nations Command commanding general becomes the board’s sixth member and will work to help the company build up its relationships with government, military, intelligence and homeland security customers, Thinklogical said Wednesday.
Joe Paper, Thinklogical president and CEO, said the company sought Sharp’s understanding of Joint and Combined Commands, Army, allies and the security situation in Asia.
Paper added Sharp will assist in the company’s effort to grow work with defense and intelligence agencies in the area of command-and-control.
