Neel Mehta
Dave Dzaran leads engineering and software services contractor Integrity Applications Inc. as the company’s president and CEO.
Dzaran works with IAI’s board of directors and senior executive team to craft and implement corporate strategies, assess financial performance and oversee the firm’s operations.
He is a two-decade veteran of systems acquisition and integration and program management related to space-based intelligence, reconnaissance and surveillance platforms.
Prior to IAI, he served in the U.S. Air Force for more than 20 years and retired as a lieutenant colonel in 2005.
Dzaran holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from New York University’s Polytechnic School of Engineering and a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Dayton.
