Jim Noe, formerly president of Eon LLC, has joined Constellis Group as senior vice president of training and mission support.
Noe was most recently responsible for the acquisition and integration of three companies into a single operating division at Eon, Constellis said Monday.
Constellis Group is the parent company of ACADEMI, Edinburgh International, Olive Group, Strategic Social and Triple Canopy.
His two-decade GovCon career includes work in industry and preparedness training.
Noe is the founder of Critical Incident Solutions and also a former program manager for the State Department, where he helped lead training programs for anti-chemical and -biological terrorism efforts.
