David Shedd Joins Noblis NSP Board

David Shedd, formerly acting director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, has been appointed to the board of directors at a component of nonprofit science and technology organization Noblis – Noblis NSP.

Lt. Gen. Ronald Lee Burgess Jr., Noblis’ board chairman and a former DIA director, said Thursday Shedd brings into the role his over three decades of experience serving the intelligence community.

Shedd shape IC policy review and implementation work in a prior role as deputy director for policy, plans and requirements at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and later with the National Security Council.

He has also held senior management posts at the CIA and was assigned to the U.S. embassies in Mexico and Costa Rica from 1984 to 1993.
