John Hinshaw, executive vice president for technology and operations at Hewlett Packard, has been named an independent director of the board of directors at DocuSign.
“John not only brings deep expertise in cloud, security and mobility, but he is a customer-focused operational leader who leverages technology to drive innovation and transformation,” Keith Krach, DocuSign chairman and CEO, said Monday.
Hinshaw has been with HP since 2011 and is responsible for the company’s information technology, business process management, real estate, procurement and shared services.
The 20-year industry veteran has also held leadership roles at Accenture, Boeing and Verizon and is also a board member at the National Academy Foundation, Clique Intelligence and BNY Mellon.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from James Madison University.
