Leonard Hobbs of Technical and Project Engineering LLC has been recognized by Leaders Portfolio as a “rising business leader.”
The Leaders Portfolio Awards recognize businesses and business leaders who demonstrate their commitment to a framework of leadership and ethics, TAPE said Oct. 20.

Hobbs works at TAPE’s Orlando, Florida-based Strong Point Research division.
