Arturo Taboada, who has served as a project manager at Turner International, has returned to the company as vice president and regional manager of the Latin America and the Caribbean region.
Taboada will report to Abrar Sheriff, president and CEO, and be based in Mexico City, Turner said Thursday.
The 30-year veteran in the U.S. and Mexico region will be responsible for the company’s Latin America and Caribbean business.
Taboada founded the ALMA Strategies consulting firm in 2009 after he served in Turner’s business development area.
