Dell Software is the recipient a 2014 Confirmit Achievement in Customer Excellence award, which the company says represents the company’s work in customer service all over the world.

The Confirmit ACE Awards program began in 2005, and celebrates outstanding achievement in voice of the consumer and customer service, said Dell.
