Saab has agreed to integrate its air and airborne command-and-control technology offerings with Avioniq Awareness Sweden‘s threat analysis platform.

The 9Air and 9Airborne C2 systems will feature the Rattlesnake engine designed to help fighter aircraft controllers recognize adversarial threats beyond visual range in real time, Saab said Tuesday.

Saab’s C2 systems are built to support air warfare communications and help increase situational awareness during tactical missions.
