Comtech Subsidiary to Provide Satellite Parts for Brazilian Military

Comtech Telecommunications‘ Florida-based subsidiary has received a $1.5 million contract to provide satellite spare parts and support services for the Brazilian military.

Comtech Systems will deliver services in support of a communications system being employed by the Brazilian military, Comtech said Wednesday.

Fred Kornberg, president and CEO at Comtech Telecommunications, stated that the award stems from the company’s long-term investment in transmission technology.

The subsidiary designs, integrates, supplies and commissions communications systems, including those that employ microwave and satellite technologies.
