DataTracks Services has received new certification from the International Organization for Standardization for its quality management practices at a company facility in India.

The company said Monday its Chennai facility earned an ISO 9001:2015 certificate following an independent surveillance audit by TUV SUD.

Suresh Illath, chief operating officer at DataTracks, said the company implements multiple measures to maintain the quality of management and information security processes across the organization.

ISO updated its 9001:2015 standard to include new terminology; emphasize a risk-based process; broaden leadership requirements and increase service applicability.

DataTracks offers technology platforms and services intended to help organizations prepare compliance reports for filing with regulatory agencies.
