ManpackRadio1PAR Technology‘s Rome Research Corp. subsidiary has received a five-year, $3 million contract from Delta Solutions & Strategies to help operate and maintain telecommunications systems at a Dixon, California-based naval radio transmitter facility.

The naval radio transmitter serves as the U.S. Navy’s high frequency global communication systems transmitter facility for the West Coast, PAR said Tuesday.

“We are pleased that the Navy has selected the Delta Solutions team to provide these mission-critical telecommunications services,” said Matt Cicchinelli, president of PAR’s government business.

“PAR’s initial military communications support contract was at this facility, and we are delighted to be back at Dixon as a subcontractor to Delta Solutions,” added Cicchinelli.
