Booz Allen Hamilton has introduced an enterprise software offering designed to help organizations field and manage artificial intelligence models.

The Modzy AI platform also serves as a marketplace providing organizations access to pre-trained AI models from open-source communities and tech firms and enabling them to upload, govern and reuse AI models, Booz Allen said Monday.

“With Modzy, Booz Allen is challenging the idea that AI has to be custom-built for each department, project or purpose,” said Josh Sullivan, a senior vice president at Booz Allen and Modzy executive leader. “By combining our deep domain and technical expertise with that of other leading AI providers, we’re helping the U.S. government and companies deploy AI at a fraction of the price and time required to build bespoke models from scratch.”

Modzy is designed to integrate new AI models and capabilities and is one of Booz Allen’s investment efforts to drive adoption of emerging technologies.
