Burns & McDonell will provide engineering and architectural services to the U.S. Army under a five-year, $48M firm-fixed-price contract.

Army Corps of Engineers received four offers for the competitively procured contract and will obligate funds at the issuance of task orders, the Department of Defense said Monday.

DoD anticipates the company to complete the performance of work by Sept. 30, 2024.

According to a FedBizOpps notice, the company will perform design efforts to carry out projects as part of Lake City Army Ammunition Plant's Next Generation Ammunition program.

Scope of work will also include the support of a chemistry laboratory, maintenance workshops, product packaging area, storage facility, offices, cafeteria, meeting and break rooms.
