Parsons’ Polaris Alpha subsidiary has achieved the DevOps Competency certification from Amazon Web Services.

The status seeks to recognize Parsons’ knowledge and experience in helping clients implement continuous integration and delivery, automation, infrastructure provisioning and other DevOps practices in the cloud, the company said Wednesday.

Polaris Alpha has over 40 certifications related to cloud and supported efforts to build and modernize cloud infrastructure on Army and national systems.

Parsons acquired Polaris Alpha from Arlington Capital Partners in May 2018 as part of a technology investment program.
