General Dynamics and Intelligent RF Solutions have signed a reseller agreement for a software platform designed to automatically classify spectrum signals.

SignalEye uses a machine learning technology and works to help military and security personnel recognize threats as well as obtain situational awareness across the RF spectrum, General Dynamics said Monday.

The platform is designed to run on commodity laptops and operate with iRF’s SMR-7522 LiteRail wideband microwave receiver.

General Dynamics’ mission systems business developed SignalEye to receive wideband and narrowband signal targets.

Bill Patterson, vice president and general manager of GDMS’ ground systems line of business, said the partnership with iRF seeks to offer a foundation for customers to develop mission-focused surveillance, electronic warfare and security applications.
