Willard Williams, a 26-year federal information technology market veteran, has joined 9th Way Solutions as chief operating officer of the Fairfax, Va.-based company.
The company said Friday Williams will oversee operations in the enterprise and health IT services, systems and program management, and cyber and information security areas.
He previously led enterprise IT projects for AECOM, ManTech, Science Applications International Corp., Unisys and Bristol Bay Native Corp.
Williams also held vice president roles at Information Innovators Inc. and Salient CRGT, where he supervised a team that worked with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to offer end user support services to federal employees.
He directed programs at TekPro and worked as director of operations for the ESA III program at Hewlett Packard’s former enterprise services business.
