Karen Forgy Hicks, a more than two-decade business and project management veteran, has been named vice president of service delivery at Evoke Research and Consulting.
She will oversee efforts to deliver services to federal customers, execute new business opportunities and grow service offerings in her new position, Evoke said Wednesday.
Hicks previously served as executive vice president of operations at Siteworx, where she managed the company’s daily operations, internal processes and team performance.
Before that, she held leadership roles at Secure Mission Solutions, Qinetiq’s North American arm, America Online and Bell Atlantic Video Services.
Arlington, Va.-based Evoke offers management consulting, technology and engineering, organizational improvement and training services to the federal sector.
