Ideal Innovations Inc. has secured a potential five-year, $54M contract to continue to support information technology operations at the U.S. Army’s biometrics operations division.
The contract includes four option years and covers network and database administration, cybersecurity, configuration and program management, help desk and system engineering services to DFBA’s biometrics operations division, I3 said.
I3 has provided information engineering assistance to the division since 2012.
DFBA helps the Defense Department manage forensics and biometric functions throughout the military on behalf of the Army Secretary and Provost Marshal General.
