ICF has received a pair of three-year contracts worth $15 million combined to provide on-call environmental services to California’s Department of Transportation.
The company said Monday it will continue to develop policies and procedures for Caltrans’ environmental program under the first contract, won through a recompete.
Work will support ongoing statewide efforts to comply with National Environmental Policy Act and California Environmental Quality Act.
The second contract covers technical studies, preparation activities and document processing services meant to help Caltrans meet regulatory requirements for the maintenance of the state highway system across Central Valley and Sierra counties.
“We understand Caltrans’ culture, its priorities and its programs, and are thrilled for the opportunity to continue to strengthen our 30-year relationship with the agency,” said David Freytag, a senior vice president at ICF.
