Herndon, Virginia-based digital transformation services provider Primescape Solutions will now operate as HighPoint.
HighPoint Global said Monday the rebranding effort comes after it acquired Primescape in October 2017 as part of its efforts to facilitate the delivery of citizen experience services to government clients.
“This rebranding is a result of the smooth integration of the two companies’ capabilities,†said Ben Lanius, CEO of HighPoint Global.
“It’s been exciting to introduce our collective customers to our expanded capabilities and begin bidding on work that we never could have pursued alone,†Lanius added.
The transaction allowed HighPoint to combine Primescape’s software development, digital strategies and data services with its portfolio of CX services that include journey mapping, contact center optimization, quality assurance, learning and training management support.
