KBR to Build, Maintain UK Combat Water Supply System

KBR has received a potential seven-year, $42 million contract from the U.K. ministry of defense to build a potable water supply system for the British military’s combat missions.

The company said Wednesday it will design, manufacture, test and deliver the Combat Water Supply System and CWSS variants to the ministry.

Work will also include maintenance, repair and operations services.

KBR added it aims to maintain an operational CWSS at readiness and availability levels as part of the contractor logistics support phase than will run through 2025.
