TWD & Associates looks to create and deploy a customer relationship management tool that can help the Department of Homeland Security‘s Office of Partnership and Engagement upgrade stakeholder communications and collaboration capacities.

The company said Tuesday it will integrate agile Scrum methodologies and cloud capacities on the new CRM platform to help boost the effectiveness and efficiency of OPE communications and operations.

The platform will collect and facilitate data from the private sector, national associations, appointed and elected officials.

Larry Besterman, president and CEO at TWD, said the company will work with DHS to utilize the cloud-based CRM technology designed to bolster stakeholder engagement and help produce cost and automation benefits.

The CRM system also seeks to improve OPE’s capacity to develop relationships with stakeholders through contact management, internal operations, reporting and analysis of metrics and outcomes.
