Karin Hoeing, a more than 20-year veteran of global oil services company Schlumberger, will formally join BAE Systems in February as group human resources director.
BAEÂ said Wednesday Hoeing will also serve on the British defense company’s executive committee and report directly to CEOÂ Charles Woodburn.
She previously led Schlumberger’s Wireline business as president and before that she held senior HR, technology, marketing and line management roles focused on Europe, the Middle East and Asia markets.
Hoeing also served on the boards of as OPITO and Paloak.
