John Warden, former director of assured design and processes at the Missile Defense Agency, has joined Huntsville, Alabama-based government services contractor Qualis as senior technical director.
He will provide technical leadership on all engineering disciplines in support of Qualis’ customers in his new position, the company said Nov. 15.
Qualis Chief Operating Officer Carlos Kingston said that Warden holds 25 years of Defense Department systems acquisition, program management, engineering, test, integration and fielding experience.
Warden previously held leadership roles within the Patriot Project Office, Space and Missile Defense Command, Theatre Missile Defense Applications Project Office and the Missile and Space Intelligence Center.
He has also supported the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense Joint Program Office and the engineering, manufacturing and development phase of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense program.
