Kay Gray, formerly director of human resources at Dynetics‘ technical services subsidiary, has been promoted as HR director of the Huntsville, Alabama-based government services contractor.
Dynetics said Wednesday Gray will oversee recruitment, benefits and systems and compensation functions as well as support corporate growth and strategy development efforts in her new position.
The more than 20-year HR professional was also previously involved in business development and operations of the company.
“Her commitment to customer service will help us to grow our workforce,†said Dynetics President Greg Lester.
