Shephard Hill, former president of Boeing‘s international business organization, has joined the board of directors at cyber and geospatial services company KeyW.

KeyW said Wednesday that Hill will fill the board seat vacated by John Hannon and will serve on both the audit and compensation committees.

“[Hill’s] hands-on experience in developing and implementing strategies for driving growth and nurturing new business specifically aligns with our plan to expand business in the intelligence, cyber and counterterrorism communities,” said Bill Weber, KeyW president and CEO.

Hill’s career with Boeing also includes roles such as senior vice president of business development and strategy, company officer, executive council member and VP of business development of the company’s defense, space and security segment.
