AMV35Prime contractor BAE Systems and its partner Patria have offered the AMV35 Combat Reconnaissance Vehicle as part of their bid on phase 2 of the Australian army’s Land 400 Program.

BAE said the vehicle integrates BAE Systems Hagglunds‘ E35 manned turret system and Patria’s Armored Modular Vehicle, which both support NATO missions.

Glynn Phillips, CEO of BAE’s Australian arm, noted that AMV35 works to meet the Land 400 Program’s mobility, protection and firepower needs.

The team will manufacture the vehicles and provide in-country support if the Australian army selects the AMV35 bid, BAE said.
