acquisitionScience Applications International Corp. has signed up for the Blackboard Partnerships program to deploy the company’s training materials to clients through Blackboard’s learning management system.

SAIC customers will have access to coursework, experimentation, war-gaming, analysis services and education tools tailored for various requirements through the Blackboard Learn portal under the partnership, SAIC said Tuesday.

Josh Jackson, SAIC vice president and general manager of training and simulation, said the company intends to deliver training services meant to help clients fulfill their missions.

SAIC instructors and customers will be able to collaborate, grade, monitor and help students understand the content and curriculum using the Blackboard Learn-provided tools, according to SAIC.

“As a member of our strategic alliance program, Blackboard will join SAIC’s select list of companies that help to differentiate joint solutions,” said Jackson.
