SAP HANA Cloud Platform Mobile Services to Support App Dev’t to Deployment

SAP-logo-EbizSAP has unveiled a SAP HANA Cloud Platform offering that provides enterprise mobile services through mobile application development, staging and deployment support.

The company said Monday the platform-as-a-service product also facilitates connectivity between devices, people and networks through the Internet of Things.

“It’s critical for our broad ecosystem of customers and partners to simplify their mobile business and easily create omnichannel, context-aware mobile applications in the cloud,” said Rick Costanzo, executive vice president and general manager of telecommunication and mobility solutions at SAP.

SAP said SAP HANA Cloud Platform mobile services feature optimized data synchronization and push notification functions for native and hybrid mobile apps as well as interoperability with the SAP Mobile Secure portfolio.

The platform is available via the SAP PartnerEdge program for Application Development.
