Tony Marceddo, a former program director at Raytheon‘s Australian arm, has joined Northrop Grumman as head of the M5 business in Australia and will oversee M5’s communications, cyber consultancy and cyber services portfolio.
Northrop said Monday Marceddo will also head expansion efforts in export business opportunities for M5’s communications services to the international market.
He will report to both Ian Irving, CEO of Northrop Grumman Australia, and Shawn Purvis, head of the cyber division at Northrop Grumman Information Systems.
“This executive role leading Northrop Grumman M5 plays an important part in Northrop Grumman Australia’s strategy for developing and delivering innovative information systems solutions across a range of security sectors in Australia and North America,” Irving said.
Marceddo has previously worked on intelligence and security issues at Australia’s defense department.
