leidos_purpleLeidos has been awarded a prime contract by the Wichita Airport Authority, formerly known as Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport, to install information technology and communications systems for a new airport terminal.

Contract work will take place over up to 12 months and the company will design, install and integrate network security for the new facility, Leidos said Wednesday.

The authority wants the terminal to be retrofitted with modernized airline operational and security practices as the airport seeks to improve its services for passengers.
