API Technologies Corp. has been awarded a $1 million contract to manufacture and deliver satellite communications technology products to an unnamed customer.
The company said Friday it received the satcom systems order from a provider of wireless network equipment.
Orlando, Florida-based API designs and produces radio frequency, microwave, electromagnetic, security and power systems and components.
Customers use API technology in areas such as aerospace, wireless communications, medical, energy, unmanned systems, missile defense, electronic warfare and C4ISR.
