Steve Sieke: Serco to Offer Clients End-to-End Services Under Contract With SIRVA

Serco Logo_ExecutiveBizSerco will work with SIRVA to manage query resolution, lead generation and customer service activities as Serco seeks to grow its business process outsourcing business in the U.S. logistics market.

Serco said Friday it will establish a contact center for SIRVA’s moving business and a Customer Experience & Innovation Center for its services demonstration at a SIRVA facility in Fort Wayne, Ind.

Steve Sieke, Serco’s global services chief executive in the Americas, said the company intends to offer end-to-end service and customer service best practices to clients.

The transition of Fort Wayne SIRVA employees to Serco is effective as of March 9.
